Please inspect your package and all products before using them. If an item is damaged, or not what you ordered, contact Customer Service at 1-800-236-0456 within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise.

Order cancellations will be accepted prior to 3:00 P.M. Central Time, the same day the order is placed.

All defective clippers and trimmers under warranty must be sent to the manufacturer for warranty repair. Products past the warranty period may be sent to us, at your expense, for repair.
