Shipping:
Shipping is $15 for orders up to $49.99, and $5 for orders over $50. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
We can only ship to addresses within the Continental United States. For orders to Hawaii, Alaska or Military addresses please call us at 1-800-236-0456. There will be absolutely no delivery to P.O. Boxes.
There is a $11.00 charge for all UPS address corrections. Please be sure to enter your address correctly.
Any orders that are refused by the customer will be charged the actual shipping charges.
Returns:
All returns must be pre-approved by Appleton Barber Supply. Any unauthorized returns will NOT be processed. On returns please include name, invoice number and reason for return inside package.
Returned items must come back unused, clean and complete in original, clean, re-sellable packaging. All items must be returned within 30 days of original purchase. All returns are subject to a 25% restock fee. Some items are non-returnable including, but not limited to: special order merchandise, non-stock items, closeout items and personal hygiene items (razors and razor blades). Customer must pay to return items to Appleton Barber Supply. No credit will be given until all returned merchandise has been received and inspected.
Defective Items:
All returns of defective items must be pre-approved by Appleton Barber Supply. Any unauthorized returns on defective items will NOT be processed. Please include name, invoice number and phone number inside package.
Customer must pay to return defective items to Appleton Barber Supply. Customer will be charged for replacement item(s) until defective item(s) is returned and inspected by Appleton Barber Supply for credit.
